An Artillery Genius / Sidewinder mod to use Bambu Lab X1C hotend with the original extruder - it replaces the original plastic molded case for the extruder and the heatsink for the original hotend. Tested only on the Artillery Genius, but the models I used for the extruder are based on the Sidewinder.
I recommend printing with the most temperature resistant material you can get around using, I attached the pictures using ASA, but I ended up printing in PA6-CF for the extended life and stiffness. I tried also uith PETG and it worked fine, although it was an earlier version.
You will need to extend some of the wires for the X1C hotend fan, thermistor, and I also soldered a different plug to not change the original connector for the heating element. I will change the description at a later point with these steps, but keep in mind that I changed the entire main board for my printer so it will be a little different. I also used the pins for the LED to power the bambu lab fan, as it uses 5V and I didn't want to change the connector for the BLTouch too much.
You should not need supports, although there is a small overhang on the filament guide inside the extruder. You should also use some PTFE tube inside the guide, cut it flush to the guide cylinder. I also used M3 heated inserts for the mounting holes of the hotend, with some longer screws. Maybe I will add a version without the heated inserts.
