I was looking for a micro-fit removal tool and found that a sim ejection tool works well enough to remove male pins from the plastic housing.  I created this handle to make repeated removals more comfortable.

It can also be used to assist in de-pinning other housings such as JST connectors.

You can find a multi pack of the sim ejector tool on Amazon for a few dollars if you don't have one.

Printing:

You may also need to adjust the scale of the insert in the X and Y, but not Z, in order for it to screw into the body smoothly.  Each printer is different, but I found changing the X and Y to 95% to work well on my Bambu Lab printer.

Assembly:

To install the sim ejector tool into the insert you'll want to insert it from the thread side, then screw the insert into the body.

Use:

Since the sim ejector tool is a little bit thicker than the official tool it will be a tight fit to insert between the side of the male pin and the housing.  Once inserted you'll want to rotate the tool once or twice and repeat on the other side of the pin.  You should then be able to pull the pin out by pulling on the wire or pushing it out using the tool.
