2/8/2021: Update, I've added a fletching model for the arrows.
This is a remix of the western style crossbow, with improved limbs, laser sight, bandolier, and bolt tips. A brace for the handle has also been added.
You can find the source here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2832366
Additionally, I have used the Ender 3's default bed spring for the trigger (perfect fit) and scrap leather to wrap the handle.
Note: You must drill pilot holes in the crossbow body to attach the bandolier. For M6, this is approx. a 5mm or 7/32" dia. Just locate the bandolier and mark the hole locations.
Remember, you will never, ever point this at anyone (excluding zombies during a home invasion of course).
Models Include:
Fletching - Add two of these to each arrow, particularly good if you can make them with TPU (for flexing). Additional Models Required (Note that some of these must be scaled to 200% as per their links)

Glue: For attaching the fletching. Tape may also work although I'm not sure it will hold by itself.
M6 Screws (Will be of various lengths) + Nuts (and washers optional)
String: I'd suggest something like this if you want to be legit (I'm a bow maker):
