Board 1: WIth Chamfer
Board 2: With radius
Printing Instructions:
Print the axis massive with as many perimeter as possible & 100% infill.
Use some supports on the board itself
Set the seam at random position for the axis bearing :)
I printed a finger Board from thingiverse because my son loves these boards.
But due to the contstruction the wheels borke like 10 minutes after I gave the board to my children :(
So i designed a new skateboard which is ment to last at least some weeks :D
You will not need any glue due to slim tolerances.
I cut of the seams at the axis inserts to avoid their unevenness.
Tipp: Assemble the Wheels with a vice!
Have fun printin, assembling and playinPS: If you have Problems with tight tolerances try to Print all parts but the Axis in 101% . You can divide parts and scale them Up in your slicer! But then you might have to glue the wheels to the Axis later. :D!
