Neoair Micro Pump Adapter

Therm-a-rest makes a great little backpacking pump for inflating it's mattresses. However, it doesn't fit the older style air spigots. Just check out the negative reviews on the REI website. 20 minutes to design with calipers, and 30 to print, now it works with the older style mattresses!

It'll do most of the work for you, but the pump isn't strong enough to do all it of (just 95% of it, save your lungs!). You'll need to top off youself if you want a firm mattress.
