I made one and found it to work in most of my Bauer tools, but that was rev 1 from the creator. I have a respin in the works, just working out the documentation. Great idea! His rev 2 will likely fit more Bauer tools. I had the advantage of an actual Bauer battery to redo the tool side coupler. I also designed out the thread inserts to make the design less relient on variable hardware. THANK YOU!
Hey there. I tried using M3 thermal inserts and the bore size seems WAY to small. Are you certain they were M3?

@BillRuehl Did you ever finalize the Hercules to Bauer adapter?
@Blake_39160 I have not. The Bauer tools have been treating me very well, both with the adapter and with some native batteries I picked up last time I made it into the "big city", so I haven't been too inclined to mess with the Hercules line.
I really think HF missed a golden opportunity to design "universal" batteries and chargers that work across the Hercules, Bauer and Warrior lines in 20V and 12V, but it's water under the bridge at this point.
