This is an adapter to put fins on a 0.5 - 1.5 liter soda bottle, as well as to mount a Gardena ¾ " faucet coupler.
You have to put a rubber gasket between the bottle and adapter. (Gardena has such in their product line). The Gardena part already has a rubber gasket and O-ring.
You can find a launcher based on the Gardena coupler here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4368014
Print the coupler with 4 layer walls and 100% infill to make them air tight.
Also a bit of silicone grease will help. See also the post printing instructions.
I have uploaded 2 types of fins. Pick the largest for larger bottles.
Print the fins horizontally for max strength. (You could try to print the whole device at once, but strength will be much less. The fins will break during a rough landing because of the horizontal layers)
Be careful when you put pressure on. Keep your distance. Your bottle might explode.
I did not go over 40 PSI.
I also do not guarantee this design or will be liable for any accidents or damages!

Carefully remove the supports and sand the adapter after printing. The inner surfaces must be smooth.
Also sand the opening for the fins minimally. The margins are tight.
