Notes:

I used Prusament PETG, but PLA would work fine also. I recommend 100% infill on the "Threaded Gear" and "Pull Gear". I used 80% on the "Spinner Body" to give it some mass, and 20% infill on the "housing". Layer height I used is 0.15 for threaded parts, and 0.2 for other parts. No supports needed, look at pictures for print orientation. I recommend using a brim for the "Threaded Gear" for better adhesion to print bed.
