So I saw this double threaded screw design and I wanted a slightly bigger, clearly labeled version for educational purposes.
Should fit easily after printing. Be sure to reduce outer wall speed to 20 mm/s or so to maintain dimension accuracy.
How I designed this:
I used Fusion 360 to make a right handed threaded rod. Then mirror the rod on top of itself as a new body, but this is now left handed thread due to the mirror.
Followed by a intersect command to keep the volume of the two threads which are common.
This thread now accepts both left handed and right handed threads.
