TS80 soldering iron stand on Black and Decker Li-ion battery

A TS80 portable "wireless" soldering iron stand for use with black and decker batteries.
The orange and black battery is a original one, the big one is a cheap knock off (40 Eur.)

Super handy for use in the field.

The battery clip can be used for other projects. The screw holes are for M3 x 8mm flat heads

the trough holes in the battery clip are covered with a single layer. Poke trough with a fitting screw driver. Solder your wires to the edge of the spade terminal.
Bend the spade terminal 90 deg. at about 5mm from the connection side.

The PD USB car charger PCB should have a width of about 16mm. I expect all those ALI-Express things are the same because all car lighter plugs are the same.

A TS80 is about 20W, The PD-charger is a real Chinesium 40W so it will probably suffice.

use the support painter for supports in between the battery sliders (see picture orange version with screwdriver pointing at the correct place.

for the stand use support only at the ports for the PD charger and switch. The rest will print perfectly without support (I guess the ports will print without support also, but I didn't try)
