There was way too much friction. So I redesigned the housing to use two small pieces of bowden tubing. This also lets the sensor fit nicely on the Titan extruder.
Drill all the way through with a 2mm drill bit so the filament can pass.
Also carefully drill both ends with a 4mm drill until you reach the depth stop.
use 2x M3 Brass inserts in the bottom of the housing, and 2x 10mm M3 screws on the top of the housing.
