Post-Printing

Takes a length of that generic LED strip, plus a standard LED controller.

I ziptied the cable to one of the parrot's legs, but there are probable better ways to attach it.

I think this model looks a lot better with the eyes, feet and beak painted.

Assuming you're using an FDM printer, then applying a thin coat of spray varnish (or a clear primer) before painting will help to prevent the paint from running into the gaps between layers.
