Thinkpad E580 stand

A desktop stand for Lenovo laptops. Works with Thinkpad E580 and E480 so far, with a holder for the USB-C Thinkpad dock.

Holds the laptop at a 30° angle, with the base of the screen roughly 15cm above the desk. Has small recesses underneath to add adhesive silicone feet.

There is just enough space under the base of the laptop to get at the connectors on the front panel of the dock.

Print instructions

Print the base part twice, once mirrored.
Print the connector part two to three times (there are slots for three connector bars in the base part, but it holds up fine with only two)

The 3 gcode files will print all of the required parts (two base parts and three connectors). Feel free to leave out the third connector.
