Voron v0 270 hinge

Created a 270 hinge with spacing to clear the top-handle and a catch with magnets to hold the door open against the side.

Also made a twist-in tab to hold the door up while closed.

The door has 4 magnets inside and the doorhandle too. It can be detached from the panel and panel goes flat against the side of the printer. Doorhandle can be put away or magnetically attached to the other side of the panel while open.

changed the B top because it was the wrong model. now it's correct.
