This part is used to mount the 8 pieces of wire that make up a Double Cross Antenna.

Said wires need to be at an angle of 30° for optimal reception.

Two cable ties per wire are used to secure it in place (it works pretty well in my experience).

I'd recommend cable ties that are very flexible and quite thin.

Four screws are used to secure the mount to the wooden frame (designed for 20x50mm wood).

I used wire (steel with copper coating) with a diameter of 2mm. Other sizes will work too.

UPDATE: I built a second antenna, this time using Aluminium tubes, it worked very well.
