Case for Waveshare 4.3in DSI touchscreen, RPI and 4010 fan

Fits the waveshare 4.3 in LCD with the brass hex standoffs it comes with.  

Still a work in progress, (I want to update the USB cover) but I have 3 built and use them everyday.

Requires the following:

24 QTY--M3 brass hot melt inserts, 5mm OD x 4mm length, as used on voron builds

20 QTY--M3 socket head cap screws, 10-12mm length

4 QTY  --M3 socket head cap screws 18-20mm length

1 QTY – 4010 fan, 5volt

Only tested with raspberry Pi 3B but it has a lot of room so should fit 4B also.

The support bars are not necessary if you want a free standing case.  I only use them to bolt them to a surface or put double stick tape on.  If you don't need the support bars reduce the number of hot melts inserts and 10-12mm socket heads by 8.
