IBM Selectric Pulley tensioner

Remixed Selectric tab pulley with thicker walls, bigger tolerances for M3 screws and an additional lower piece that prevents the pulley axle from tilting.

Recommend printing it with a high infill and preferably PETG to make it as sturdy as possible.
