My best-friend-besides-my-spouse was planting random things, as she does. Last year she planted something that I was quite uncertain about as it grew and grew and became large and somewhat scary and she wasn't entirely sure because she's been growing and propogating random things and so I had to ask her if I had to worry about a mutant brassica plant that would eventually develop a taste for blood and try to kill me.
Like in Little Shop of Horrors.
Either way, I was asking her how I was going to tell the seeds she'd planted from random weeds, so she drew something for me to build real quick and print so she could highlight where I should expect to maybe see something growing, so she drew a quick sketch and I turned that into an OpenSCAD model.
I posted the OpenSCAD file as well as a mesh, if you want to use the OpenSCAD version, you need to install the BOSL2 library
I printed the 2.0mm wall thickness version with a 1.0mm nozzle and a 0.48 layer height and it printed wicked fast. Doesn't need supports or rafts or anything, just print it in the orientation it comes out as. I used Matterhackers BUILD PETG.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
