Updated to improve Hammer Spring DS_Plate3_SupportEverywhereBrim_40.stl updated and Hammer Spring stl file included separately.

Full Model is grouped in 4 prints DS_Plate1, DS_Plate2, DS_Plate3 and DS_Plate4, the other included stl files are additional spares.

Semi-automatic disc shooter, meaning the trigger springs back automatically for the next shot (enabling rapid fire).

Ideally, print on a smooth build plate, otherwise some sanding may be required (see Full Video for details).

Print orientation is very important, which is why we provided groups of parts together.  The names of the STL files also identify the Support and Infill percentages required.

For Prusa printer use 0.2mm SPEED default setting, print speed, layer height and wall thickness are important (02.mm layer, First layer 0.2mm, Min 2 perimeters, Solid layers = Top 5 and Bottom 4, Min Shell Top 0.7 and Bottom 0.5).  I use Grid Infil.

Plate 1 - Supoport on Build plate only, 20% infill

Plate 2 - No support, 20% infill

Plate 3 - Support everywhere, 40% infill and a brim

Plate 4 - No support and 80% infill

There is a seperate STL file for just Disc.  We recommend printing a few spare and in a bright colour.
