This is a complete relay mounting solution for the typical 5 and 4 pin Bosch type relays and sockets used in automotive, equipment, power sports and other applications and allow for a simple modular setup for as many relays as you need.  I searched for other options mass produced and for 3D printed options and came up empty for anything that would meet my needs.  Commercially produced options only allow for expansion in 1 direction creating a long ugly whip of relays.  This system allows for cleaner installs and easy mounting.  I plan to expand on this system in add new mount block options and other features in time as I can work on it. I like to think of this as the Gridfinity of relay mounts with future plans to make it a all in one under hood electrical circuit solution.

The mounts are designed with .2 clearance for a snug fit allowing the relay sockets to press fit by hand into the mounts firmly.  The bolt mount options include a short version which will hide the mounting bolts behind the relay itself. This option does require a short or stub headed bolt.  The longer bolt mount is designed for use with a 8mm bolt but can be drilled bigger or a washer used to secure it with a smaller bolt.  The bolt will be exposed above the relay as well with the long option. With either option you can use 1 or more bolt mounts as needed.

The mount blocks themselves can be interlocked into a variety of options and mixed and matched as needed.  My photos provide an example of a recent use of the system as a 4 relay setup when installing light bars in a side x side.

There are 2 versions of each block currently, Master and Standard. Both options are embossed with either an M or an S to signify their version.  The Master version will fit Masterpro relay sockets along with Pico relay sockets.  The Standard version will fit the Standard Motor Products branded relay sockets. These are brands I have tried and confirmed fit.  Other brands should fit in one of the 2 versions but if you come across a brand that does not fit please let me know so that I can make a version to fit it.

When printing no supports are needed.  You can print at any infill you like I typically use 10 percent and 3 walls.  I do not recommend using PLA as relays can get warm and may deform the PLA.  I personally use ABS but PETG, ASA, Nylon, PC or any other heat resistant material should work.

To install the bolt mounts you will slide the mount into the block from the top side of the block with the locking nipple facing the block.  Slide it into the slots until it clicks into place and the lock tab is flush at the back.  To remove a block from a bolt mount simply push down on the bolt mount with enough force that the lock slides open and the mount slides down out of the block.

Block mount labeling (mid, front, rear, left, right) is based on looking down at the block with the rear of the block facing away from you.  There is an example photo if you scroll.  The green highlighted block for example would be front left.

This is uploaded as non commercial at the moment.  If someone is interested in making these to sell please contact me to discuss the topic.
