So ... As promised a few weeks ago, here comes my own version of a hotend for the Titan Aero.

The goal was to save weight and above all to save in width, because the old hotend has cost quite a lot of travel. Now it is only a few mm-cm.
Also, I have simplified the printing. The whole construct consists of 3 main parts.
Who uses a filament monitor can simply print out the adapter (Mount).
This also fulfills another purpose: The assembly of a Bowden coupling is possible.
The IR sensor is also modular and does not need to be used.
But if you use it, then it is even height adjustable.
The Belts are clamped and not screwed, which saves weight.
