I really like MultiTricker's work and a project called zivyobraz.eu. But for my 4.2" ePaper display I only had a 5000 mAh battery lying around. So I used my trusty onShape and I redesigned original frame a "little". :) And while I was modifying it, I also added a stand at a 70% angle to improve readability if the display is laid on a table, which is my use case.
Recommended settings
Material: It's up to you, I used ASA
Layer height: 0.16 / 0.20
Perimeters: 4
Infill: 25-40%
Infill Type: Gyroid (or something similarly strong)
Supports: They are not needed. But I used one in the charging hole. Just in case.
WARNING
If you print the frame from PLA or PET-G, you don't need to make any change and 100% scale will be ideal for a nice tight fit for ePaper display. But if you print the frame from ASA, ABS or other materials that shrink slightly after cooling. Use a scale of 100.30% (or bigger) in X and Y axis (I don't recommend it in Z axis). And don't ask me how I know. :(
Frame is designed for the newer version of the LaskaKit board.

Enlarging and modifying the frame to fit a 5000 mAh battery. Adding a 70 degree angle base for better readibility on the table.
